Flower Earrings – Handmade Resin Flowers with Surgical Steel Hooks
These earrings are designed to pair with the Enchanted Flower Necklaces, carrying the same sculptural, tactile quality in a simpler, fixed form. They’re lightweight, carefully made, and easy to wear throughout the day.
Each earring features handmade resin flower beads suspended from fine-quality surgical steel hooks. While not adjustable like the necklaces, they’re thoughtfully proportioned to feel balanced and comfortable when worn.
Handcrafted and One of a Kind
Each resin bead is individually cast and handwrapped by hand. Because of this process, no two pairs are exactly alike. Subtle variations in shape, spacing, and surface are a natural part of how they’re made and what makes each pair unique.
Your earrings may differ slightly from the photos, but they will be made with the same care and attention to detail.
Comfort and Materials
The hooks are made from surgical steel, chosen for their durability and allergy-safe properties. The earrings are lightweight and designed for everyday wear without irritation.
Color Description
This piece has a rich green base that reflects soft purple tones as it catches the light. The color shifts gently with movement, creating an iridescent, enchanted effect rather than a flat or uniform green. In some lighting it appears deep and earthy, while in others the purple sheen emerges, adding depth and complexity.
The shifting effect comes from layered pigments within the resin, allowing multiple tones to surface depending on angle and light. Each bead reflects the colors slightly differently, giving the piece a sense of motion and individuality.
No two beads display the shift in exactly the same way, making each piece feel unique and alive.
My Mission
Purchasing these earrings helps support my ongoing work in biomaterial and bioplastic research.
My goal is to make sustainable material experimentation more accessible and DIY-friendly, so more people can explore alternatives to traditional plastics outside of institutional labs. Each piece helps fund materials, prototyping, and research that allow this work to continue.
By wearing these earrings, you’re supporting slow, intentional making and the future of sustainable materials.
